We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to any paid plan. If you're not satisfied with MCP Security Score for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

  • You must be a first-time paid subscriber (never had a paid subscription before)
  • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial charge
  • Each customer is eligible for only one money-back guarantee refund

How to Request

To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, email us at hello@lowlatencylabs.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

2. After the Guarantee Period

After the 7-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will:

  • Retain full access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
  • Not be charged for any future billing periods
  • Automatically revert to the free tier when your paid period ends

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused scans.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds outside of the guarantee period in the following circumstances:

Service Issues

  • Extended Outages: If the service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period
  • Critical Bugs: If a bug prevents you from using core features and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

Billing Errors

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period
  • Incorrect Amount: If you were charged an amount different from the advertised price
  • Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made after you cancelled your subscription

To ensure fair use of our refund policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund requests from accounts that have previously received a money-back guarantee refund
  • Deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-use-refund cycles)
  • Deny refund requests from accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Limit future subscription eligibility for accounts with refund abuse

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Stripe Portal: Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you will retain access until your paid period expires.
